Former Legal Affairs Minister Peter Taylor has establish a group known as United Free Objective Movement. He told a news conference at his Queen’s Park East office yesterday that incumbent organisations, such as the People’s Partnership Government, had embarked on elaborate public relations programmes.

He said it was time for the population to think for themselves. He said citizens should think critically about the policies and programmes of the Government. He said the August 21 declaration of the state of emergency was ineffective in the fight against crime.
